Chris Bensley has spent much of his career introducing technology solutions to solve problems and increase efficiency. Without the skills of his brothers in the construction industry, but with a flair for new business ventures, he worked in a variety of industries as a strategy consultant and digital marketing leader. Chris has 25+ years of experience bringing new products and technology systems to market and co-founded two technology platforms, EstateWorks and TripServe.

As Chief Operating Officer for Impairment Science, Chris is responsible for the partnering and licensing of Druid Enterprise, a cloud-based platform for monitoring workplace safety. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School and a BA from Dartmouth College. Chris has a passion for outdoor challenges and has the dubious distinction of completing in the 1st-ever Antarctica marathon.

Jaime has an extensive background working as a safety professional for nearly two decades, including a range of roles at Fortune® 500 retail companies and in manufacturing. She brings a unique combination of experiences to Hound Labs, including having a master’s degree in Public Health (MPH). Jaime worked most recently as Vice President of Risk Control for insurance provider Captive Resources and is currently an Advisory Board member at the National Safety Council.
