Membership Meeting – Tuesday
Join us for the Membership Meeting, which includes engaging presentations, guest speakers, updates on ongoing projects from the Safety Committee, and more.

Committee Meetings – Tuesday & Wednesday
The Committee and Subcommittee Meetings are interactive working sessions designed to encourage your input and collaboration on active projects. Subcommittee meetings will begin after the Membership Meeting on Tuesday and continue through Wednesday, concluding by 2:30 PM. This early end time is intended to accommodate those traveling, allowing participants to fully engage in the meetings while still having time to make afternoon flights.

The Safety Committee has five (5) Subcommittees, and you are encouraged to attend any sessions relevant to your industry.

  • Breakbulk and Bulk Terminals (BBT)

  • Marine Terminal

  • M-CODED (Marine Construction – Offshore – Diving – Energy – Dredging)

  • Shipyard

  • Terminal Technology

These meetings provide a great chance to connect with the Committee and fellow Signal Members. Join us to exchange ideas, ask questions, and share what support you and your company need to stay safe!
