Carol is an entrepreneur and Board-Certified Safety Professional with over 30 years of experience in EHS leadership, global talent development, and employee engagement. She is the founder of Curovation – a business focused on improving safety cultures. Since founding Curovation in 2019, she has become a trusted advisor and coach to the next generation of leaders at new technology start-ups and established corporations. She has expertise in designing and facilitating experiential workshops focused on essential leadership skill building and Human and Organizational Performance (HOP).
Prior to starting Curovation, Carol spent 25 years with the General Electric company leading teams and developing tools in multiple divisions, including eleven years as the Corporate Global EHS Leader for the Research and Development Division. She is skilled in managing EHS risk profiles in manufacturing and emerging technologies. Carol has broad knowledge and experience in OSHA compliance, training program development, auditing, team safety risk assessments, Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), and continuous improvement.
