Committee Meetings – Tuesday & Wednesday
The Committee and Subcommittee Meetings are interactive working sessions designed to encourage your input and collaboration on active projects. Subcommittee meetings will begin after the Membership Meeting on Tuesday and continue through Wednesday, concluding by 2:00 PM. This early end time is intended to accommodate those traveling, allowing participants to fully engage in the meetings while still having time to make afternoon flights.

There are four (4) Subcommittees, and you are welcome to attend any sessions relevant to your industry:

  • Marine Terminal

  • M-CODED (Marine Construction – Offshore – Diving – Energy – Dredging)

  • Shipyard

  • Terminal Technology

The agendas can be found in the Agenda Tab above.

These meetings provide a great chance to connect with the Committee and fellow Signal Members. Join us to exchange ideas, ask questions, and share what support you and your company need to stay safe!

If you have suggestions on topics, you would be interested in seeing presented at future meetings, please reach out to your local Signal Safety Manager.

By attending the meeting, you agree that we can use photos and videos taken of attendees at the meeting for Signal’s purposes.
