Mature processes and top-grade equipment may be in place within a company, but without a leader who is personally engaged and visible, the energy declines, employees are not engages, and the desired operational safety goals will not be achieved.

The Executive Safety Leadership session will center on how leaders can demonstrate personal commitment and provide continuous, targeted energy to elevate operational performance. In addition, our session will address senior leader focal points that influence change and their related performance indicators. These elements of a safety management system include senior leadership visibility, development of front-line supervisors, assessing operations to remove residual risk, and growing a team culture through genuine conversations, consultation, and workforce participation.
